Don't Ban Equality

For decades, courageous leaders and advocates have sacrificed and fought to gain and protect equal rights — particularly for people of color, LGBTQ+ and women, under the law. Today, those hard won rights are being systematically rolled back, with catastrophic consequences for individuals and society as a whole.

So let us be unequivocal about our beliefs here at PAX.

We believe that access to reproductive healthcare is a human right. We stand firmly against policies that harm people's health, wellbeing and autonomy. That's why we've signed on to Don't Ban Equality, an effort led by Planned Parenthood Federation of America, NARAL Pro-Choice America, The American Civil Liberties Union, Rhia Ventures, National Women’s Law Center, and the Center for Reproductive Rights.

We deeply value equality in all forms. We are committed to ensuring employees have access to comprehensive healthcare services — which include reproductive health. For those who will no longer be able to receive safe medical treatment in the states where they live, we have updated our company policies to cover travel and related expenses.

The progress of the American experience is far from complete. We invite all companies — especially those in cannabis — to join us in this fight. We will not stay silent in the face of oppression.
