Stan Birch x PAX: High Fashion + Handmade Quality

PAX is a brand synonymous with high-quality and custom experiences. Since 2012, PAX has been at the intersection of style, modernity, and elevated cannabis culture. Continuing our efforts to champion the best and brightest creators and modern voices, we are proud to announce a limited-edition custom Dunk Low sneaker collaboration with international artist and designer Stan Birch of FLOU® Customs.

Based on the color of the newest lineup of PAX Plus flower vaporizers, the collection aims to highlight the intersection of cannabis, design, and fashion. Handmade with custom stitching, lacing, and gold stamped foil, the Dunk Low sneaker drop celebrates the contemporary aesthetic of modern cannabis culture.

Go with the FLOU

Stan Birch is a global sneaker artist and colorway designer based in the South of France. Known for high-profile collaborations with clients from 21 Savage and DJ Khaled to Levi’s and the NBA, Stan brings his renowned, creative approach to design. He crafts each pair of sneakers by hand with unique color combinations, creating one-of-a-kind art pieces. Stan is excited to showcase this sneaker drop as he prepares to launch his upcoming FLOU® clothing brand.

“Street culture in its globality represents everything for me, [and] cannabis has always had an inevitable crossover with that culture,” he says. “For this collaboration, I drew inspiration from the harmonious PAX device colors, which coincidentally were exactly the kind of subdued colors I usually use in my creations. I wanted to add something that truly made it a luxury product given the premium nature of their devices, so we engraved the PAX logo with 22 karat gold leaf, and added a beautiful golden cannabis leaf on the toe-box.”

PAX Knows (and Shows) Passion

As PAX continues to evolve and expand in the cannabis world, we recognize our role in the community and continue to support other passionate, forward-thinking creators and organizations.

“PAX supports artists, because artists have always supported us — from fashion to music to art and beyond, which are all core pillars of our brand,” says Lauryn Livengood, Senior Director of Brand Marketing. The drop will debut on the runway at Let There Be Light, a 4/20 fashion show at the newly opened, experiential House of Cannabis in SoHo, hosted by cult-favorite smokewear and cannabis brand Sundae School and presented by PAX. The show will be an interactive and crowd-sourced show, featuring the personas and creative stylings of real New York cannabis consumers and showcasing unprecedented designs inspired by the culture. The show will benefit the JUSTÜS Foundation. To learn more about the JUSTÜS Foundation, visit their website.
